Dennis Doroslovac, Founder and Head of Audit Operations, holds full accountability for every Audit Nest engagement from discovery through final reporting. He functions as sole Lead Auditor on every project: no junior staff, no handoffs, no learning curve on your management system between planning and closeout.
Information Security & Compliance Leadership
ISO 27001 ISMS ownership from initial certification through ongoing surveillance, with data privacy and third-party risk programs aligned to GDPR, PIPEDA, HIPAA, and CCPA.
Management Systems Leadership
25+ years auditing and owning multi-scheme management systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001, from certification through surveillance and recertification cycles. Co-led SOC 2 Type II readiness alongside ISO 27001 certification, giving clients dual-framework expertise without duplicated effort.
Global & Multi-Site Program Leadership
Audit planning and execution across multi-facility, multi-country operations, including greenfield launch programs and cross-functional supplier coordination.
